Del Rio Apartments

I have only been here for less than a month, but I can honestly say that I like the community so far. It has a pool and workout area both which require a key to get into. I really enjoy the community and being on the NW side of the city you could not ask for anything better.

The maintenance team in this complex is simply the best. They have responded quickly and efficiently to the few maintenance requests I've made. Oscar, Santos, and Mona are friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I know I can rely on them to keep my apartment safe and comfortable, and the entire complex is well-run and clean. The maintenance crew has been instrumental in making me feel at home here, and I am deeply grateful to them.

We lived at Del Rio for almost two years and cannot say enough good things about it. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. The location is quiet and safe and close to many great businesses. The office staff is amazing. Always so friendly and willing to help. The location is convenient and close to everything, and the city and mountain views from our home are an absolute blessing to experience each day. The property is always clean and well landscaped, and we feel very safe living here. The property has implemented many things, such as a nightly security patrol, and community safety meetings to do their best to keep our property free of the crime that tries to infect our community. I will continue to recommend Del Rio to anyone looking to lease!

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and the office manager Leslie has been really nice to us by taking care of every concern to the best of her ability. Maintenance has done so as well. During the Covid era some things didn’t get handled at the time that we thought it should have however it got done. Nice convenient location, great wonderful neighbors and much appreciation to the staff. I want to thank the Del Rio apartments for having us.
